The process

Applying for the accreditation online

The company looking for accreditation needs to apply online with the fee, which is $ 2,130 and proper documentation, which is quite extensive. It is advisable to apply at least 3 months before the commencement of recruiting process.

Wait for the decision

The authorities need to make a decision to grant the accreditation to the companies based on the application and proper documentations, which is within 87 days. Once the application has been filed, the authorities discuss and decide if you are eligible for the visa. This may involve addition investigation by the authorities and they may require additional information or may pay a visit to your workplace and decide thereon.

Once the approval has been granted by the authorities, your company’s name will appear in the ‘Accredited Employers List’ which will be made available online.

Offer jobs to the prospect employees

Once you have made it to the list, you can start offering jobs to the potential candidates.

The process of accreditation might seem simple here, but, in reality, it is an extensive process which requires a good amount of documentations. However, with proper guidance one can easily obtain the accreditation.
